I recently purchased a house knowing there had been previous foundation repairs, though I had no indication of the extent of the problems. Over a period of several months we could see the cracks in the house getting wider, and the problems becoming noticeably worse. I called upon Knight Engineering Services to evaluate my foundation. Their report showed us plainly what the problems were and where additional supports were needed. They noticed that the foundation problems were having an adverse effect on our roof causing it to leak. They also recommended a plumbing test, which resulted in finding a leak under the slab.

Knight Engineering Services tunneled under my house to repair the foundation and allowed the plumber to access the plumbing leak. The repair work was completed in one and a half weeks despite occasional delays caused by rainy weather. Because I chose tunneling my home stayed clean on the inside, and the repair work being done had very little effect on our daily activities. At the conclusion of the repair work the premises were thoroughly cleaned up. The entire matter was handled in a very professional manner.

To Whom It May Concern: In November of 2002 Knight Engineering was hired to do the engineering as well as the actual lifting of two Hospital buildings.
