We offer Certified Engineering Reports which provide, in writing, the opinion of our Professional Engineer concerning the current status of your foundation. This is useful for Litigation Support, Real Estate Transactions, or other situations where the written opinion of a Professional Engineer may be needed.
There is an initial charge for this service, but if repairs are needed, it will be applied as credit toward the cost of your repairs. Charges usually start around $375, and vary depending on the size and location of your home.
The report includes a drawing and repair design.
